Lawler Gear Corp was established in a small 3000 square foot building in 1978, by Cal and Pauline Lawler. Two moves and one building addition later, Lawler Gear operates out of a 31,000 square foot building in Lee’s Summit, MO, near Kansas City, MO. Lawler Gear is run by Cal and Pauline’s two sons,  Ray and Wayne. Ray joined the company in 1979 and is the President. Wayne joined Lawler Gear in 1984 and is the VP and Shop Foreman.
Lawler Gear has an excellent crew of long time employees with an average of 15 years service per employee. They are ready and willing to do what ever it takes to complete your rush breakdown gears or an on going production order.
